I was looking for a new gastroenterologist because my previous one had retired. Dr. Jimoh was highly recommended by my primary physician for his knowledge, bedside manner, attention to detail and responsiveness. I could not have been happier with my experience while in Dr. Jimoh’s care. From scheduling through post procedure follow up I could not have asked for better treatment (professionalism, timeliness of information, responsiveness to my questions, etc,) from Dr. Jimoh and his staff. While there are many other gastroenterologists closer to home, I will continue to drive well out of my (>a hour) way to remain in Dr. Jimoh’s care.

I thought my wait was longer than usual. Also, the exam room needed to be attended to, dirty and full trash cans are unacceptable, especially in a practice such as this. Being able to see used gloves and table coverings overflowing in trash and is disgusting! Please clean this up!

The most efficiently ran procedure that I ever had. I arrived early and after a small amount of paperwork needing to be filled out, I was taken in the back and the process started. I was scheduled for a 8:40 procedure. I arrived an hour early as requested but they were having a power issue and repairs were being made. They explained the situation and stated that "Dr. Chand wanted to get every one in since you went through the prep". We were given the option of rescheduling or waiting. We were given updates on the repair progress and they began taking patients back around 10:30 or 11:00. The staff was apologetic, efficient, and professional during this process. Even though it was a long day I was very satisfied with how it was handled.

My second procedure in 22 years . 12/02/2024 went in for consultation , check in was very professional . Each associate was very helpful . Met with Dr Stephenson , I asked several questions pertaining to the procedure . He's a Doctor who shows compassion the way he directed the answers he gave me . I was convinced to have the procedure take place . 12/31/2024 checked in at 07:40 am . Check in , the young Lady at the window very pleasant , had a smile on her face . When called to the back , the Ladies there showed compassion and a lot of care to my needs as a patient with smiling faces . James came in to introduce himself . When I was rolled back to the room for the procedure , they were two Ladies there , both of them had smiles on their faces said good morning . I remember Dr Stephenson coming in saying good morning and asking me how I was doing , told him I was having a good day . Then James came over to administer the medicine in my arm , the next thing I remember is waking up from where I started with a smiling face looking at me asking how I was doing . I told her it was a good day . I thank each one of you how pleasant and professional each of you were . It's a Blessing to have folks like y'all taking time to each of your patients as you do . Good news after the procedure all was well . Thank you Dr Stephenson God Bless each of you , My Prayer for each of you and your Families this year 2025 will be that God will fill your lives with Joy . This is my 2nd experience with Dr. Jimoh. The first time I had a colonoscopy was 2 years ago. He stopped by when I was waking up from the anesthesia. He told me my results weren’t clean. He told me I had to know that they would not be; which I did not. It was disappointing to be accused of that when that was my first experience - especially when I completed all of the prep as directed. The issue was that I was chronically dehydrated; not that I did something wrong and knew before coming in that the procedure would be unsuccessful. I was referred by Dr. Freeman-Kwaku and she told me how great he would be. However, that interaction did not live up to my expectations. Because of that experience, it took me 2 years to work up the nerve to come back.

Dr Narang is a true Godsend! He is the best! Dr.Narang is so kind, Patient and understanding. He always explains everything for me. I was at my wits end last year and was about to give up hope, when He ordered extensive testing and figured out that I have a pancreas issue called EPI, he prescribed Creon which is a Godsend as well.. my health and my life is so much better because of Dr.Narang. From the front desk to walking out the door, friendly, described every steps, discussed concerns, made this experience easier to deal with. The Prep Nurse was very nice & took time to explain, but the Dr & Nurses inside the procedure room did the same thing & the Dr. kept describing & addressing everything. Anesthesia guy was nice too, i couldn't use it due to an oversight in medication (so read every little word & compare your medication). Overall i recommend Dr. Colvin & his staff.

Not sure having an endoscopy followed by a colonoscopy qualifies as a ‘great experience’, but Dr.Cyzner and crew made it far less scary. It was very different procedurally than when it was done 13 years ago. My memory of it ends before they started and picks up again when they were done. They tell me I spoke to Dr.Cyzner afterward, but I have no memory of having seen him. I was terrified prior, because the prep I took last year was ineffective but brutal on my body, actually put me into a few hours of atrial fibrillation. This prep was much better tolerated. I would recommend Dr.Cyzner snd his staff, they are very efficient, understanding and friendly.

How dare you and your assistant not return a call 6 weeks after you sent me for a ct scan. I called and left several messages and called again and was told I would get a return call by the end of the day. Never happened. You have lost all hope in my situation and I will let you know where to send my records when I find a new provider.

Small office in Belmont. Front desk staff are nice. Got there at 10:30 for a 10:40 appt. No one in the waiting room so I expected to be seen fast. Took about 15 mins for the nurse to take me back. Then I had to wait over 35 mins for the Dr. to come in. This happened last year too. Hate the wait time at this office. Once the Dr came in he was very nice. It was a very fast face to face visit and I did have to stop him from leaving to answer another question I had. I do like the convenience that this office is close to my house and I will continue to go here. Just wish they could figure out how to see their patients closer to their appt time.

Christina's diagnosis changed my existence, far beyond words can express, for the good. She prescribed an enzyme to aid with my pancreas deficiency which corrected my problems within one day. I have to give him credit he did do everything he could do to get new medication. But since, have relocated and can not get M.A. or any staff to forward my records with a referral, the doctor knows I am very ill, and need to be under a doctor's care. The lack of care for other's situation. Wow.

I was a patient of this practice for 28 years, seeing Dr Schneider, who recently retired. I had an appointment with Dr Greenan to discuss some stomach issues and a colonoscopy that I was to have later this year. My appointment was for 3:40. I sat in the waiting room until 4:30 and was than taken to exam room where I waited until 5:00 when I left ,without seeing the doctor, after an hour and half. they just overbook! I'll find another practice where patients are treated with respect

The whole experience was exceptional; from making the appointment, to the office visit, to the colonoscopy/endoscopy and to the follow-up call after my procedure.
