I was scheduled for a 8:40 procedure. I arrived an hour early as requested but they were having a power issue and repairs were being made. They explained the situation and stated that "Dr. Chand wanted to get every one in since you went through the prep". We were given the option of rescheduling or waiting. We were given updates on the repair progress and they began taking patients back around 10:30 or 11:00. The staff was apologetic, efficient, and professional during this process. Even though it was a long day I was very satisfied with how it was handled.

My second procedure in 22 years . 12/02/2024 went in for consultation , check in was very professional . Each associate was very helpful . Met with Dr Stephenson , I asked several questions pertaining to the procedure . He's a Doctor who shows compassion the way he directed the answers he gave me . I was convinced to have the procedure take place . 12/31/2024 checked in at 07:40 am . Check in , the young Lady at the window very pleasant , had a smile on her face . When called to the back , the Ladies there showed compassion and a lot of care to my needs as a patient with smiling faces . James came in to introduce himself . When I was rolled back to the room for the procedure , they were two Ladies there , both of them had smiles on their faces said good morning . I remember Dr Stephenson coming in saying good morning and asking me how I was doing , told him I was having a good day . Then James came over to administer the medicine in my arm , the next thing I remember is waking up from where I started with a smiling face looking at me asking how I was doing . I told her it was a good day . I thank each one of you how pleasant and professional each of you were . It's a Blessing to have folks like y'all taking time to each of your patients as you do . Good news after the procedure all was well . This is my 2nd experience with Dr. Jimoh. The first time I had a colonoscopy was 2 years ago. He stopped by when I was waking up from the anesthesia. He told me my results weren’t clean. He told me I had to know that they would not be; which I did not. It was disappointing to be accused of that when that was my first experience - especially when I completed all of the prep as directed. The issue was that I was chronically dehydrated; not that I did something wrong and knew before coming in that the procedure would be unsuccessful. I was referred by Dr. Freeman-Kwaku and she told me how great he would be. However, that interaction did not live up to my expectations. Because of that experience, it took me 2 years to work up the nerve to come back.

Not sure having an endoscopy followed by a colonoscopy qualifies as a ‘great experience’, but Dr.Cyzner and crew made it far less scary. It was very different procedurally than when it was done 13 years ago. My memory of it ends before they started and picks up again when they were done. They tell me I spoke to Dr.Cyzner afterward, but I have no memory of having seen him. I was terrified prior, because the prep I took last year was ineffective but brutal on my body, actually put me into a few hours of atrial fibrillation. This prep was much better tolerated. I would recommend Dr.Cyzner snd his staff, they are very efficient, understanding and friendly.

Then I had to wait over 35 mins for the Dr. to come in. This happened last year too. Hate the wait time at this office. Once the Dr came in he was very nice. It was a very fast face to face visit and I did have to stop him from leaving to answer another question I had. I do like the convenience that this office is close to my house and I will continue to go here. Just wish they could figure out how to see their patients closer to their appt time.

Dr. Fowler was friendly, straight -forward and informative, however FYI, after being told that after passing the age of 83 I do not need colonoscopy test. Instead I will receive a box-like container to mail my feces to Carolina Digestive for examination. That was on 8/29. Today is 9/3 but I still have not received the container, yet we are leaving tomorrow (9/4) afternoon for a 2.5 week long overseas trip. Can you please mail the container to me near the end of the month? Thank you.

I have been a patient of Dr Schneider for many many years. I feel like he has been attentive to my concerns, and am pleased with his service. However, I have called the medical assistant Shawn, never reached her directly, only had voice mail, where I have left messages. It has been several times in the past, where I have left messages and never got a call back. This is very unprofessional. I have had to call back and get hold of someone else every time. I recently called again and it has been 3 days and counting, no return call. At this point, I am seriously thinking to change my gastro doctor. Don't feel like I want to continue to go thru this every time I need some help. Its sad that an assistant can cause a bad reflection on an excellent doctor.
