Garrett Greenan, MD, is a board-certified gastroenterologist at Carolina Digestive Health Associates, PA, with thirteen locations in the greater Charlotte area, including: Belmont Uptown, Concord, Davidson, Matthews, Monroe, Huntersville, University, and Pineville, North Carolina. Dr. Greenan sees adult patients at Davidson/Lake Norman office, the University office, Carolina Digestive Endoscopy Center in Charlotte, Carolina Endoscopy Center in Huntersville, and Carolina Endoscopy Center in University.

Dr. Greenan is from Maryland, with an undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He received his medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Dr. Greenan completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, in Dallas, Texas. He then completed his fellowship in gastroenterology at Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine/Barnes Jewish Hospital, in St. Louis, Missouri.

Dr. Greenan's practice is focused on treating patients with a wide range of conditions, including irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease, gastroesophageal reflux disease, celiac disease, and chronic liver diseases. His endoscopic practice emphasizes the prevention of colon cancer.

Dr. Greenan is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology, the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, the American Gastroenterological Association, and the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases.

In his free time, Dr. Greenan enjoys exploring Charlotte with his wife and spending time with his family, friends, and pets. He is an avid runner, and he likes playing tennis and golf as well.
